When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery generally takes 1-3 working days. For quicker delivery, choose our next-day delivery service.
What if the customer receives a damaged parcel?
If the parcel looks opened or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and report to us immediately. All other damages to be reported within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the problem, provide reference images of the damaged parcel.
When will my order be shipped if placed on the weekend?
Orders placed between Friday after 3:00 PM to Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or the next business day.
How can I get my order tracking ID?
Once the parcel is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number via email. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
