Return / Refund policy

All returns are accepted within 30 Days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

To initiate a Return/Refund request, please use the form on our Contact Us page, email us at info@refurbi.co.uk, or contact us via WhatsApp. Please wait for confirmation from us before dispatching the item. If the item is dispatched without contacting us, it might not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any loss.

Please read the Return Policy below for better understanding under different scenarios:

Return Reasons:

I. If the return reason is “Defective / Faulty / Wrong Item / Missing Parts”, then:

  • Issue must be reported immediately or within 3 days after delivery.
  • All packaging and accessories received with the item must be included.

II. If the return reason is “Arrived Damaged”, then:

  • Issue must be reported immediately or within 3 days after delivery.
  • A written statement is required from the courier company confirming the item was damaged during shipping.
  • All packaging and accessories received with the item must be included.

III. If the return reason is “Changed Mind / Purchased By Mistake”, then:

  • Some clearance sale items may not be eligible for return due to the promotional offer. Please check product descriptions carefully.
  • New items must be returned in original sealed, unopened packaging.
  • For items with manufacturer seals, the seal must be unbroken and intact.
  • Provide a tracking number once dispatched.
  • If the seal is broken, 10-70% of the refund amount may be deducted depending on the item's usage and condition upon return.
  • Returns for generic accessories are not accepted.

Note: For reasons (I & II), a prepaid return label will be provided, and the item must be returned in the same condition as received. If we are unable to provide a return label, the customer may return the item themselves and will be reimbursed for postage. For reason (III), the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer (we will provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from the refund).

If the 30-day period has passed, returns are accepted under seller warranty (if applicable) for manufacturing faults and repair purposes only. Return shipping shall be paid by the customer. An email should be sent to returns@refurbi.co.uk with tracking number and courier name. Include the order number in the subject line. The same email can be used for follow-ups.

If returning a parcel on your own, include your order number on the parcel or inside as a note. All returned devices must be reset to factory settings and have all locks and IDs removed. Failure to do so may delay replacement or refund. Please do not include accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, cases), as we are not responsible for them during transit and cannot guarantee their return.

Once tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered to our collection center, please allow 1 to 3 working days for an update.

If repair costs are provided and no confirmation is received from the customer within 2–3 working days, the device will be returned to the customer.

Refunds:

No refunds are applicable after 30 days of purchase, regardless of the issue or warranty provided. The final refund amount is at Refurbi’s discretion and may differ from the standard policy in special cases. This decision is final and cannot be contested. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately as outlined above so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Upon cancellation of orders placed through Clearpay & Klarna, a 10% deduction on the total order (including shipping) will be applied in the event of incorrect address, change of mind, accidental order, or any issue not caused by Refurbi.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item. It may take up to 14 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our policies. If a prepaid return label is provided, it must be printed and the parcel should be shipped from the nearest post office. We do not offer collection service. Devices must be reset to factory settings and free from any passcodes or linked IDs before return. Devices must be dispatched within 7 days of return approval. Beyond this, the return may be rejected at our discretion, regardless of the issue.
